Frequently asked questions
How long does registration take?
Although it can often take a few days, the typical processing time is 1–3 weeks, depending on the Brønnøysund Register Centre. We submit everything as soon as the capital has been confirmed and the documents are signed.
Why do I have to become a customer of Folio?
Folio creates the account used to verify the share capital. You need this kind of account to set up a private limited company (AS). The subscription can be canceled at any time.
Can I cancel the subscription with Sanna after the foundation?
Yes, there is no commitment period.
Can I use the holding company for investments?
Yes, a holding company is designed to own shares, property, or other assets. We handle bookkeeping and reporting when you make changes.
Will this work if I’m going to run an active business?
No, if the company is going to issue invoices, have payroll, or be VAT-registered, you need to use a different solution than this stapler.
